WALT allows us to control our own destiny and tailor the system to meet our organization’s individual needs. If we come up with an idea to make our agency management system work better for us, the programmers make it happen.
I love that WALT gives me the capability to do a commission download. I have carriers with literally 1,000 of premium entries and WALT gives me the ability to easily and quickly transfer the entries and invoice in seconds.
It’s critical that we have instant access to anything that’s transpired on a policy file. We need to see correspondence, claim info, payment info, policy docs and on and on. And we all need to be able to see them at the same time with no degradation in the quality of what we’re looking at or the speed at which we can move through those documents. WALT provides a platform to accomplish all of those tasks and more. Having worked with other systems, and hearing some of the stories our competitors and carriers relate about issues with their systems, I’m glad we have an advantage with WALT.
One of my favorite things about WALT is that it is so dynamic. It’s been fun to watch features go from an item on a “wishlist” to a real, working process that gets easily integrated into my everyday life. It feels like we are being listened to and our contributions are valued; we are even encouraged to make suggestions! I believe that WALT will only continue to evolve and I’m excited to see where it goes from here.

WALT makes commission payments a breeze! I love how easy it is to review credits and pay them as well. WALT provides many tools to speed up recording receipts, including uploading payments through our website. Having a fully integrated system means I can see all the file activity while handling accounting. WALT is amazing!
To prepare to talk to our customers, I always look at a retailer’s submission activity and inforce book of business – makes me look like I know what I’m talking about!
Files are always organized and always up to date within seconds of any changes made to the file (note, endorsements, renewals, emails or faxes added, tasks set up, etc.) Everything!

The near instant access to data makes it easier to understand and improve relationships with our carriers and agents, as well as our internal production teams and work flow processes. The ability to identify recently worked items is a great help when trying to “remember” something from yesterday or last week. The ability to track any given image helps us to identify the root source of a problem and implement means to improve service to our customers.
I LOVE Walt!! We are so spoiled! One out of the many things I love is that you can just click on the bold face fields & it copies that content for you wherever you may need it. It’s great when you are working in another system & you just click those fields in WALT & paste all that info where ever you may need it! It’s quick & you know you are not making a typo that way!
